I have had to ring a couple of times to reception and in my opinion they are so rude. I understand that the day gets busy but there is no need to be short and unwilling to answer or help with any questions.
My relative is not capable of handling going to the hospital to ask questions in person. Both my spouse and myself have experienced this rudeness.
