"A lovely experience"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Community Midwifery Program

(as the patient),

I birthed with the North Team at Community Midwifery Program and my midwife was amazing, as was the student at the time. I ended up seeing all three in the team and they were all lovely.

When my plans to birth at the Birth Centre didn't happen they made sure my birth went to plan as much as possible. It was a lovely experience and the follow-up care was as well. Would recommend in a heart beat for low-risk pregnancies.

Dear lyrabz55,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about the Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS). The philosophy of the Community Midwifery Program (CMP) is to protect and support natural birth and to provide clients with evidence-based, holistic care from known midwives throughout the continuum of pregnancy, labor, birth and the postnatal period and I am pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience with our service. I will ensure that your feedback is provided to our CMP team.

Thank you once again for your feedback. I would like to extend my congratulations on the arrival of your child and I wish you and your family the best for the future.

Kind regards,

Jodi Graham
