(as a parent/guardian),

My child came to the Emergency Department (ED) recently. They presented with some complex issues. I want to thank all of the staff who looked after them with kindness, sensitivity, care & respect.

You do a very difficult & challenging job & I really want to thank you for the care you delivered when my child was there recently. In particular I want to thank the lovely Dr. Jason for his professionalism.
