The support and care we received from Bass Coast Health Midwifery and our Obstetrician throughout our entire pregnancy, labour, birth and post-birth journey was exceptional.
The team reduced my first-time mum nerves, provided us with a wealth of information and resources and when the time came managed my labour and our baby's birth professionally and with complete respect for our wishes and decisions, I felt safe and secure throughout as well as during our stay. I feel this is so important when you feel your most vulnerable. Each midwife provided helpful and useful advice and we left with a wealth of collective knowledge to help us care for our little one when we got home. Even when the ward was very busy, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
We're so happy we chose to have our baby at Wonthaggi and are so grateful to the midwife team and our doctor. Thank you.
