About: Lives Lived Well - Cairns St Vincent De Paul

(as a service user),

I was admitted to residential treatment with St Vincents De-Paul in Cairns.  I was so nervous and scared.  

The staff at St Vinnies made me feel so welcome as well as one particular resident.  This particular resident was a main support for me and continues to be to this day.

During the later stages of rehab I was then referred to Lives Lived Well in Cairns to complete a Day Program.

I have continued to receive support from Lives Lived Well.

I know it's hard to ask for help but I have learnt that there is good help out there and that recovery is possible.

I can understand your nervousness and being scared. It takes a lot of courage to seek help, to ask for it and allow others to support you to a place where you believe recovery is possible. It is great you found help and support at St Vincent de Paul's and Lives Lived Well in Cairns. Please keep accessing that support as long as you need it.
