My parent was admitted to Blue Cross Silverwood as a permanent resident earlier this year. They was moved from another service as the level of care there left a lot to be desired.
My experience with Blue Cross Silverwood Templestowe has been absolutely wonderful! The staff and management are very friendly and care for my parent as if they were their own. My parent is always well-groomed, fed and cared for.
My sibling and I feel extremely grateful to have found such a wonderful facility that provides our parent with the care and dignity they deserve. The staff and management should be praised for the wonderful work they do.
