"Care"

I recently had a colonoscopy, the preparation to which I had an adverse reaction. When I arrived at the hospital I was extremely unwell.

From the lovely staff member at reception to the admitting nurse to the senior nurse (Annette) and all the supporting staff, I was treated amazingly well and with exceptional care and thoughtfulness. I was very fragile and just completely blown away with the high standard of care from the day surgery that it reduced me to tears. I was unable to express my gratitude at the time. Please pass this on to the relevant department and for thanks to everyone on staff that day.
