(as the patient),

The menu was not good in my opinion. I have food allergies and couldn't order most things. Sometimes I got nothing for breakfast as there wasn't anything available.  Others meals were, in my opinion, inadequate as a balanced meal like just rice and nothing else.  Morning and afternoon tea was cups of fruit everyday while I believe all the other patients received cakes and biscuits.  I was in there for 2 weeks.

I am very sorry that we did not provide you with adequate food during your recent admission. We aim to cater to each individual patient’s dietary needs for both nutritional value and for variety of menu choices. I am disappointed to hear that we did not meet this standard for you. If you are able, I am very keen for you to contact me directly at (08) 9881 0302, to let me know your specific allergies and your suggestions for how we could better cater to your needs, and those of others with such allergies.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention so that we can continue to improve our food services. I do hope that you are now recovering well.
