Care Opinion Australia works with health, aged and community services around Australia, providing a safe and easy mechanism for citizens to leave anonymous feedback about their experience of care.

The Care Opinion Australia office is based in Queensland. Office hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Please note Care Opinion Australia is not a hospital or health service, for queries regarding appointments, referrals, vaccinations or other personal aspects of care, please contact your service provider.

Moderation and editorial guidelines prevent us from accepting story submission via email. Please submit your story directly online, this is to keep you safe and ensure all storytellers have provided informed consent for their story to be moderated and published on the Care Opinion Australia platform.

The publication of blog posts/articles is restricted to service providers holding a full active subscription with Care Opinion Australia. We are unable to publish article or links to articles on behalf of third parties.
