"Dental nursing complaints process"

I believe there’s no one regulating private dentistry. From what I found out, the government can’t do anything about it if a dental nurse harms you. I spoke to dental.gov, they said because the dental practice I went to is private, they can’t help. Then I went to the WA Australian Dental Association, who informed me that they are only a member association and can’t take complaints.

So it seems no one is regulating dental nurses. The moral of the story is: if there is an incident with a dental nurse and they harm you, there doesn’t seem to be any regulatory body that will step in.
