Apon arriving to Sydney Eye Hospital ER dept I was greeted by patient liaison office Gowtham
He was friendly and quietly spoken, he guided me to the right person.
This service is so helpful I wish every Hospital ER has one. As I believe this would benefit staff working in Triage and Reception along with those seeking medical help.
