"Queen Elizabeth II Coopers Plain"

I reported to the ER with suspected kidney stone pain. It was extremely busy, but the staff were friendly and very helpful and informative. I was admitted to stay overnight to meet with Urology team in the morning. Through the whole process, I only met friendly and helpful staff. You could see that everyone actually enjoyed their jobs. I wish i could name everyone, but it’s impossible to remember all their names. From admission, doctors, nurses, everyone!! Well done, i felt really cared for. Service was 5 star. Bathroom cleanliness was probably a 3 out of 5, and food was 2.5 out of 5. Thank you, please look after your staff well, they are worth it. I will be back.
