"Great friendly efficient care."

About: Armadale Hospital

(as the patient),

Fronted up at 7am at Day Surgery area for a colonoscopy. From Reception to the Ward to Theatre and back to recovery ward the staff were so efficient but friendly with it. The process explained by nurses and Doctors along the way took the unknown out of the surgery and was comforting. I hope this feedback can be conveyed to all the staff for that morning.

I’d be grateful if you could let the staff for that morning know.

It is a pity more people don’t do feedback.

Maybe a notice of some kind while people are waiting and also what website etc or even a paper form for ones not computer savvy.
