Susan arrived early for my father in laws appt @ home which was a great start. Straight away she eagerly started to engage with all the family present. We initially had to wait for my son to arrive as he is living with my father in law & will be the person completing the assessments each morning. When he arrived she was well versed in explaining all of the necessary steps involved to assist his care.
She also took the time, very patiently to answer each of our questions with respect. Especially my father in law’s questions as he was made to feel to be the most important person in the room. My father in law has low hearing & broken English, but this did not deter Susan & she easily won him over. Susan spent the time required to answer all of our questions (over 2hrs) & at no time did we feel the need to rush she made herself available as long as we needed her. Her clear explanation & easy, warm manner gave us comfort. She has the perfect temperament/ experience for this type of matter & we all could not be more grateful that it was Susan who came to assist my father in law. Well done & thank you Susan.
