Receptionist was very helpful when I rang to coordinate my mums medical records transfer and a doctors appointment. Great to receive caring customer service, thank you.

We are really proud of our administration team, and they are versatile, adaptable and very hard working and often talking to patients or relatives who have their own worries and health concerns.
