About: Northam Health Service / Sub-Acute Services

(as the patient),

First 2 nights was disturbed by patient (very sick) coughing & screaming most of the night. 3rd night I was put in a double room with this patient & the experience was worst than any other time in Hospital. I could not sleep & next morning request discharged. Denied and was moved to another room (Room 5).

In order for us to more fully understand and explore the issues you raise we would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further.

If you are willing and able to, we would love to discuss this further. I encourage you to contact Michelle Baines, Coordinator of Nursing & Midwifery, Northam Health Service on: 0407 631 373 or email: michelle.baines@health.wa.gov.au.
