"Admission experience"

About: Kununurra Hospital / Emergency Department Kununurra Hospital / Maternity Ward

(as the patient),

The kitchen staff were always so kind and courteous when delivering meals during my admission at the Kununurra Hospital. There were good options of healthy foods to choose from and they tasted great. Thank you to the kitchen staff.

The hotel services staff, in particular the cleaners were also very mindful and punctual when servicing the room. This was appreciated. Thank you to the cleaners.

The midwives were so lovely during my stay, offering words of support and encouragement with my difficult breastfeeding journey. I felt cared for by the midwifery team.

The Dr’s were helpful in answering my questions about any treatment, they would explain the treatment thoroughly to me so I was able to give informed consent. Thank you to the Drs.

Overall my admission to the hospital was not what I wanted, but needed at that time, and I had a good experience (besides the illness!). Thank you all.
