(as the patient),

Attended Antenatal Class at Alpine Health. We felt valued and encouraged to participate in the group discussions, to ask questions and to raise concerns around raising a newborn and the birthing experience.

Dear triangulumyn47,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your experience of the Childbirth and Early Parenting Classes you attended.

We are happy to hear that you were able to ask questions and be involved in discussion with your group. Our small groups, led by local midwives, aim to be welcoming and relaxed for all who participate.

It is valuable to hear that more handouts and time spent on breastfeeding would be helpful. These are both things that we will work towards improving. A one-on-one appointment with our midwives is available to learn more about breastfeeding. You can call our Maternity Coordinator (0438 754 019) to make an appointment.

If you can provide more detail on how the location could be improved, we can consider improvements to this aspect of our classes.

We hope that the knowledge gained from our classes assists you in your birthing experience and your early days of parenting.

Kind regards

Andrea
