"A compliment"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as other),

Recently one late afternoon I brought my partner into ED. I was apprehensive to cross the door after my last experience which was traumatising.

Your Ed reception (lovely blond girl) was outstanding, gentle, calm as well as the dark hair lady I dealt with.

Lizza your triage nurse was again very pleasant, she acknowledged both my partner and I - was understanding and very helpful. For once I did not feel like "Casper the friendly ghost" in the triage room. Well, done!

He was admitted in R33 (I think or 23) and the service was nice the junior doctor friendly and the helper too.

I want to thank the hospital team for such a fluent and pleasant transition.
