After a day of being thrown from pillar to post at FSH, I eventually was put through to Maria in the Family liaison Office who was compassionate, empathetic and smoothed the road ahead for both my partner and me. Her customer service was impeccable. She delivered what she said she would.

After my ordeal with a number of your staff, I think she is one in a million and make sure FSH recognises this. Thank you

Even with an unfortunate event that led to a hospital visit and “being thrown form pillar to post” you have found a positive experience and highlighted one of our wonderful staff.
