(as a parent/guardian),

Very grateful for the care provided to my five year old son today regarding his broken wrist. 

We attended Karratha ED yesterday afternoon, were seen promptly and provided with an x-ray form. Xray this morning confirmed fractured wrist. We were seen again quite quickly in ED, this time by Dr Larry, a gentleman with American accent. My son is quite shy and Dr Larry was warm and kind, explaining everything to my son with such care.

He went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable with his cast and sling. 

I believe we are lucky to have such great doctors here at KHC.

Thank you for sharing your experience of the Karratha Health Campus, in particular the care your son received by our Emergency Dr. I am so pleased that he made your son feel at ease, and explained his care carefully. We are very proud of the care and attention our hospital staff provide to our community members, making sure they feel safe, supported and well cared for.

I’m looking forward to sharing your lovely feedback with Dr Larry the Emergency team. I’m positive they will appreciate hearing how they are creating such a positive experience for you and your son at this time.
