This was the best public health care I’ve ever experienced. Camping down in Inverloch for the Easter long weekend when our 15 month old became very ill with vomitting and runny 💩. At 1am I took her to the emergency room at BCH (Wonthaggi) where we had the best experience with Triage Nurse Ben! He was an absolute star to my daughter! He had all the information but made her feel at ease with smiles and laughter! Thank you for the best experience ever! I will forever be grateful ❤️

Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback for our ED team, in particular Ben, your triage nurse. Ben will be so pleased to see this post. Easter was a very busy period for BCH ED and it's great to hear of the high standard of care the team provided.
