"A&E at Royal Perth Hospital"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Whilst admiring a bridge tripped and fell requiring sutures to my forehead.

I am 86yrs of age visiting my sons & families from NZ.

I was very satisfied with my treatment. The staff were informed, very polite, caring & helpful.

All together an interesting and pleasing experience.

Dear frostjy94,

Thank you for your feedback and it was great to hear about your experience with Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). I was sorry to read of your accident and I do hope that you are recovering well.

It was wonderful to hear that you were satisfied with your treatment and the professionalism shown by staff. At RPH we strive to provide excellence in healthcare for our patients and the community and I am proud of the efforts of our staff.

I have passed your kind words to the relevant department leaders to share with their teams. I wish you all the best on your future health care journey.

Kind Regards
