About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a relative),

After a fall at home, surgery at RPH followed by some rehabilitation at Bentley Hospital the R I T H team were referred to assist at home.

All the contact & communication was professional & friendly.The information, suggestions & installations through this uncertain period was welcomed. Amy, Kristy, Kath & the team at South Guildford should be commended.
