"Lack of flexibility and rudeness"

About: Swan Hill District Health Medical Centre

(as a service user),

There is a staff member  I have seen at Swan Hill Primary Health Medical Centre with what I feel is the worst attitude.

It seems to me that they will not listen to the patients requests and insists on talking over the top of them when they try to clarify something they apparently don't like.

When I required a simple reprint, they insisted I had to have an appointment and proceeded to offer one in four weeks’ time.

I stated this was an unnecessary waste of time and resources and it seemed to me they were not interested. I recall, that's all we can do was the comment.

As a result of this rudeness and lack of flexibility I will have to wait several weeks to get a document reprinted which had been incorrectly written the first time. Wasn't even something I had done wrong. It was a doctor error. They also told me there would be a charge as the doctor would need to totally review the entire injury as they had not seen me before and the previous doctor was not available.

What a waste of centre resources, in my opinion.

I don't need excuses. I don't need to hear how busy they are.

I just want human customer service.
