About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Medical Imaging

(as the patient),

Two weeks ago, I was referred to Imaging for an X-Ray to my lower back.

The whole procedure went as I expected it to do. 

All the staff were courteous and caring in every part of the procedure.

The X-Ray was explained to me, what was to happen, what I was required to do and what to expect through the whole procedure.

I felt relaxed and cared about, by all staff concerned.

Last week I was to have a CT scan, again for my lower back issue.

Again I was treated kindly and respectfully through Admin, and the Imaging staff, once again.

Through the procedure of the process, for the CT scan, and what was required of me. 

Even the HOD came and asked, if I was happy with the process.

Twice through Imaging and two great experiences.

It was lovely to read your story of your patient experience I’m so glad it went well and hopefully this will provide you and your medical team with more information. I have also ensured your story was shared with all our great Medical Imaging Department staff as I know this would have made their day.
