What a small and very well organised Diabetes Clinic. This was my 1st pregnancy and diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes @ 32 weeks. But these girls Supported me very well through out my pregnancy .
I was welcomed at reception by lovely lady Sarah. Attended a group session with Diabetes Nurse Jasmine . I have social anxiety but Jasmine did not judge or ignore me while she was delivering education to 6 other ladies , she kept on coming and reassuring me .what a multitasking girl supporting me emotionally and 2 others girls with they language barrier . Thanks millions Jasmine for very thorough GDM education and also sharing your Diabetes Journey that made me feel I was not the only one . She offered me 10 mins extra at the end just me and herself to express my concerns and answered every single question I was worried about.
Then I was booked for review with Dietician . I had amazing experience with beautiful girls Larissa and Nicole . They both were very friendly and professional.
At the last appointment Jasmine and Nicole noticed I lost weight and baby is small they both got worried at same level as I was. Jasmine called midwife’s and obstetric team and booked me for urgent review.
Please let Jasmine and Nicole know I have delivered a healthy happy baby last week because of their care and kind support .this form link was given to my midwife’s to share my story.
Thank you guys for making my pregnancy journey very smooth.
