"Gratitude after knee replacement"

I just wanted to share my gratitude for how good the staff were. I'm 60 years old, been in hospitals since I was 11, and I can't believe what the staff do. I just wanted to share that with someone—how much I appreciate everything they’ve done. The whole experience. 

I just wanted to congratulate all the staff I saw and show my appreciation for how the experience was right from the beginning. Everyone I saw  was great. A real working team environment, everyone was happy and cheery. The food was amazing, the care was unbelievable. I just can't believe anyone would fault it. I cannot show my gratitude enough. All the staff I've been in contact with here are just amazing.

I just had my knee replaced, and it’s just been an incredible experience. I’ve been here 3 days.

Chelsea, Audrey, Zoe, Angela, Sharon, and Julie—just everyone and more. I’ve expressed my thanks towards them. I can’t believe it. They’ve blown me away.

It seems they just can’t do enough for you. Doesn’t matter what—it’s just incredible. Treated like royalty—and we’re in the public health system! Honest to God, I can’t… all the guys in the room were all saying the same thing. The food was just incredible as well.
