"Very incapable service"

About: Carnarvon Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Unable to provide a good service for my child in my opinion. Their toe nail needed to be removed. I felt that the intake nurse was not listening to us. It seemed that the doctor and nurse were very incapable to speak to a nervous child. The procedure was horrific. Needle through the toe, not working anesthetic, absolutely no after care and a adult pain relief prescription! Disgusting in my opinion!
