Saw Lydia, one of the physio's at Northam hospital today after a double knee replacement. I was given such great and friendly service, with my needs and targets discussed in depth. Lydia gave me some exercises to try, and suggested a program, even printing it out for me.
It's so nice to be treated as a human being, and I am looking forward to my next appointment.
