"Compliment"

Over the last 12 months, I have been attending the Murnaghan Urology Centre at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, due to Prostate Cancer.  I would like to provide a compliment for Susan  - Team Lead - Admin Team.  Susan is so kind, helpful with appointments and processes.  It is always good to walk in and see that Susan is on shift.   My partner who comes with me to all appointments would also like to provide the same compliment for Susan. 

It is a very busy clinic with a number of patients waiting in the waiting room.  Susan has always been patient and professional.  One appointment I had to fast for a blood test.  After my blood test, my wait in the Clinic was particularly long this day.  The food vending machine was not working.  Susan went and found me a patient sandwich and apple juice, which was very much appreciated.
