Diagnosed with Heart Failure after maze operation in December 2023. Saw a cardiologist late last year. After various tests I spoke with the cardiologist and they agreed the 8 week program would benefit me. I spoke to their secretary on several occasions and the secretary said the referal had been sent to FSH. This has been going on for best part of a year.
Have had a 3 month medication review with Consultant Pharmacist and my G P. The pharmacist has sent through several referals for the same program. They were told I failed to attend 2 appointments!! Still no reply from them.
Then today the Cadiac nurse at SJGH Midland contacted me, saying they contacted FSH, they told the nurse no referal had been recieved. How did I not attend if a referal was not received. I believe someone in this department is telling lies, I feel let down by this Hospital,
"Cardiac Rehabilitation at FSH."
