"Medication information"

About: St John of God Midland Hospital

(as the patient),

I was admitted to this ward recently.

I have depression and was shattered to be admitted on order 1A, and completely overwhelmed by the system.  I had no idea about any rules etc. I feel that not one nurse approached me kindly.  When I was crying so much, a nurse told me to stop bawling.  Later in the day, I asked the nurses why they were so rude?

I was discharged with no medicine list.  While here, and in Ward 4C, I have no idea (except for Brintellix) what medication I was given.  This is crucial because, once I was home I developed symptoms like antidepressant withdrawal; including nausea, dizziness, fever and vertigo.  I have seen my GP twice and called a locum twice seeking relief from the symptoms.

And to date, have no idea where my medicine is?  That I brought?

I don’t know if I will ever recover.
