About: Albany Health Campus / HITH Community Mental Health Service

(as a relative),

Senior clinician is yet to see their patient after the medication prescribed created an interaction leading to delirium and an accident requiring hospitalisation. Unfortunately due to changes the patient no longer has access to this senior clinician for closure, recognition and understanding.
