Recently have given birth to my second child at Bass Coast Health.
The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to care for me during a difficult pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
The midwives I encountered were very knowledgeable and friendly, they knew my history and were prepared for my questions.
Numerous times staff stayed longer than their hours to ensure I got answers to my questions or to follow up results.
The team in radiology were also incredible. Due to complications in pregnancy I required some urgent and last minute scans and Josie and the admin staff always made sure I was seen and reassured quickly.
Such wonderful, helpful staff.
