I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff of 4 South for the outstanding care and support you provided to my mother during her lengthy hospital stay following a serious fall and total hip replacement surgery. Despite the challenges—including two hip dislocations—your team remained consistently compassionate, professional, and dedicated throughout her recovery.

A special thank you to the wonderful nurses Nu, Nicole, Tima, Emma, Joanne, Kim, the NUM Jane, Dr. Hanna, Dr. Danielle, physiotherapist Nina, occupational therapist Julie, the cleaning staff, and every team member who contributed to my mother’s care. Your patience, attentiveness, and kindness made a world of difference to her—and to our entire family.

You are a credit to POWH. If every ward delivered care with the same level of excellence as 4 South, I believe there is no doubt this hospital would be the number one in Australia. Thank you once again for everything you’ve done.
