About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a service user),

I’m 88 years old and I was discharged from Peel about a month ago, the Rehab in the Home service has been very supportive. The team - Ricki, Georgie, Patricia and Occupational Therapist Jenny - are very patient people. They taught me a lot about exercise, which I will continue to do. I thank you all very much.
