"Lives Lived Well Program"

I attended the Nana Muru Lives Lived Well substance rehabilitation program and despite my recent struggle with depression and psychosis the program really got through to me in a positive way. The facilitators utilised evidence based information to provide tools for participants in recovery which I found beneficial. They were understanding and compassionate during this challenging time and continued to deliver the program consistently despite my challenges. I feel a little bit more equip now to deal with my addictions from a new perspective and feel like the program transformed my state of mind in a way. I'm grateful to the providers for their efforts in delivering this program and wish them the best in future sessions.
