I visited Sydney Eye Hospital after lunch today as suggested by my optometrist because he spotted a hole on my retina (left eye) when I went for a routine check-up planning to get a new pair of prescription glasses yesterday.
As I walked into the waiting room of the Eye Hospital I saw PEO Gowtham standing not far from the entrance of the waiting room. I quickly approached him to ascertain if I was at the right place. He was very polite, greeted me with a smile and told me that I needed to see an officer @ one of the counters. Then, I sat in the waiting area, happily chatting with the lady sat next to me.
About 45 mins later, the double door opened, and a young lady Doctor called my name. So I quickly responded & followed her into her consultation room. The lady Doctor was excellent. She used the special equipment to check my eyes, not just the left one. She was so concentrated and caring. At the end, she confirmed that my left retina was fine, and both eyes were good. I was thrilled and thanked Doctor L with my whole heart!
I am very grateful to have the opportunity to be a patient of Sydney Eye Hospital today.
