"Incredible Care From Chemo Nurses"

About: Karratha Health Campus / Outpatients & Day Treatment

(as a carer),

My mom is currently undergoing chemotherapy after having a mastectomy. She’s bravely battling cancer, and while this journey has been difficult, we’ve been incredibly lucky to have nurses like Laura and Tracy by her side. From the moment she started her chemo sessions, Laura and Tracy have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. They are not only attentive during her appointments- they also take the time to listen, talk with her, and respond to her concerns with so much patience and empathy. Even when Mom is at home and not feeling well, Laura answered calls and offered guidance and reassurance. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion have meant so much to both of us.

We are very proud of the care and attention our team provides to our community members making sure they feel safe, supported and well cared for.

I’m looking forward to sharing your lovely feedback with Laura and Tracy. I’m positive they will appreciate hearing how they are creating positive experiences for families at such stressful times of their lives.
