"Nursing Staff Commendation"

I would like to highly commend three registered nurses and the rehab CNC. 

The three nursing staff are Monica, Connor and Josie. Monica has exceptional knowledge particularly in pharmacology and cardiology. Her knowledge is amazing. She is always happy to help others and explain things to less experienced staff. From what I have seen, I believe she also unofficially mentors staff. She is a fantastic clinical nurse as well and very caring and compassionate. I understand she is only in her third year out but I think she has the knowledge of someone eight years plus. She is also extremely pleasant and helpful. 

Connor is exceptionally good clinically. Nothing is ever a bother for him. From what I saw, he is always happy and has a great demeanour. I understand he is also only three years out but i think he has the experience and ability of someone with more experience than that. 

My opinion is that both Monica and Connor should be trained as nurse educators. 

Josie is a great nurse. Nothing is ever a problem to her. Despite, I understand, being only three months out, I believe she has a great clinical knowledge and is so good in her practical skills. She is always available when needed but never in your face. Also had a great demeanour. 

Andrew, CNC Rehab, has, in my opinion, exceptional knowledge and experience and a great demeanour. From what I saw, he also fixes problems that occur in a timely fashion. I think he is a man who really had his finger on the pulse. He is a great leader, organiser and a great nurse as well.
