"Telechemo in Karratha"

About: Karratha Health Campus / Outpatients & Day Treatment

(as the patient),

I am so grateful to have been able to have all my chemo and immunotherapy treatments here in Karratha in the telechemo unit. My treatment is every 3 weeks so if I had to go to Perth for that ever time it would have been so disruptive to my family and husbands work. The nurses are wonderful, they are always positive and happy and make you feel like you are important and that they enjoy helping you. There was also a time when I was worried about a lump on my arm and the nurses got me straight in to see the doc and had a CT and ultrasound within days, it turned out to be nothing but I was grateful for the speedy investigation to ease my anxiety. Super grateful for this team 🙏🙏
