"Exceptional Care from Endoscopy Team"

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care and support I received at Prince of Wales Hospital early October 2024 at 12:11PM.

When I was admitted for a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy at the Billington Centre, I was extremely anxious and overwhelmed. The thought of the procedures left me feeling emotionally unsettled and exhausted. It may sound silly, but my anxiety was so high that I needed a nurse to help calm me down, and for that, I am deeply thankful.

Despite the distress, the staff's compassion and professionalism made a significant difference. While I was waiting for my procedure, I was required to complete a hospital form. At that moment, I was struggling to cope. A kind nurse came to assist me, and their support helped ease my anxiety immensely. I felt such a sense of relief and comfort—it was truly one of the most reassuring experiences of my life.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the young surgeon who performed my procedure. Although I regret not remembering everyone's names, I want to sincerely thank all the medical professionals on duty that day. Your care, patience, and kindness meant the world to me. Last but not less your collective efforts exemplify the highest standards of healthcare, and I'm deeply thankful.
