To the Chief Administration Officer Geraldton Hospital.
Last month my sister, who is in her late 70s, broke her arm 5.5 hours north of Geraldton.
I called ahead to Geraldton Triage and advised them of our arrival time.
From the moment we sat at triage we were treated with great sympathy, kindness and efficiency.
On being admitted to emergency, the same very high standards from the nursing staff was experienced.
We cannot speak too highly of the speciality care received from the three doctors on duty at that time. Their professional approach, knowledge, and care are to be commended. We will be forever grateful to them and all the staff we came in contact with.
Yours Sincerely
