(as a parent/guardian),

I attended ED with my son suspecting he had a broken arm. 

Every staff member that we saw was nothing short of amazing! Nola at triage picked up on how uncomfortable he was straight away even though he was doing his best to hide it and got him straight into a bed with warm blankets and painkillers.

Nadia took great care of him in the bays, and the PCA and radiographer were great.

Dr Jono took the time to explain everything and make him laugh - thanks Jono for understanding how worried he was and for being so caring!

Dr mike did an amazing job getting his wrist into a good position and getting a cast on, and was also so understanding and kind.

Overall, every staff member we met was fabulous, sensitive to my sons needs, and just amazing! Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about you and your son’s recent experience at the Emergency Department at Esperance Health Campus. It was great to hear how supported you felt with a high level of care and sensitivity provided by the whole team. I will make sure that this feedback is provided to the staff in the ED and acknowledge that we are very lucky to have such wonderful staff right across our medical, nursing, allied health, and support services areas. I do also hope that your son is continuing to improve and will make a full recovery from his injuries.
