With so many complaints about wait-lists and hospital care, I just had to give my feedback. At the ripe old age of 58 years I had a Arthroscopy + partial medial meniscus debridement. I did the injury back at the beginning of February 25, with a few ups and downs š and finally a MRI, I was referred April, week later pre - ops completed. In May surgery booked for June 2025, from the minute I arrived i was meet with smiles from every staff member š , the surgery was explained in clearly and i was informed of every possible outcome. Visits from Physiotherapy and the occupational therapist arranging equipment ready to be picked up after hours, my nurse going with my hubby to show him were is was.
(Jayd) thank you, the anaesthetist ( so sorry cannot remember your name) but thank you listening to me, an going straight to my foot.
The friendly smiles and happy banter made me feel i was in safe hands . Thank you š
