"Outpatient OT toilet technique"

About: Osborne Park Hospital

(as a service user),

I didn't feel listened to.  I felt the OT wanted things done their way even though I had already learned from a different OT at the hospital and one that my carer has been successfully using for months

I felt the OT then bothered us twice more until I sternly told them why I won't be learning method. I wonder if they've spent a day toileting the way they suggested.
