I was at rock bottom at 28 years old, and felt like i had no one to turn to. I had burnt all my bridges and thought i would never get out of the hole i was in.

I was spectacle about going into rehabilitation and thought nothing could help me. My mother found Lives Lived Well Wyla, and it was my last shot at getting clean, so i took the shot.

The first day i arrived at the airport in Orange, i was greeted by Tracey. With a warm smile and easy conversation i already felt 1000 times better with the whole situation.

Once arriving at the facility, the welcome was amazing. Almost instantly i felt like i was apart of the group of residents and was really starting to open up.

The team here are amazing, so friendly and giving.

After 6 weeks of rehab, i feel like i can call this a second home. Im ready to tackle everything life throws at me now and i owe it all the Wyla and the team here.

Hi,

Firstly, thank you for being so honest with sharing your journey and your experiences. Your vulnerability helps to break down the stigma around reaching out for help.

Congratulations on making the commitment and coming to Orange, having to travel and being away from home adds an extra stressor on your recovery journey I know.

I am so glad that you felt warmly welcomed by the Wyla team, I will certainly pass your message to the team and I am sure they will be grateful for your kind words.

It sounds like you really embraced your six weeks in the resi and your hard works is paying off.

Thanks again for sharing, and remember that we are always here for any supports in the future so don't hesitate to reach out.

Kris
