Following recent Robotic Radical Prostatectomy surgery I had a follow up appointment with the Continence Nurse, Ebony. I was quite nervous about the removal of the catheter as I had been in a lot of discomfort for a few days. From the moment I was first greeted by Ebony until the end of the procedure she made me feel extremly comfortable and reassured. I can't speak highly enough of ther care I have received the whole way through from diagnosis to surgery, then after care.
Dr Peter at Wonthaggi Medical Group being so thorough, and diagnosing the cancer very early. Then the referral to Dr Owen who was fantastic, explaining my options and making sure I was comfortable with all the information provided. The staff and nurses at Epworth Freemasons made surgery and recovery as comfortable as possible. Then the after care provided by Ebony was fantastic. I would like to thank everyone involved from diagnosis to after care for the wonderful care and attention provided.
