(as a relative),

I just wanted to praise The ED Dr's and Nurses on shift yesterday in particular Manny and I think Sharon? In ED yesterday looking after my father who was quite unwell. In a quite stressful time, they both were professional and excellent in looking after him whilst also being quite reassuring to family.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely post for our ED staff. The ED can be an extremely busy place, it's great to hear that Manny and Sharon made you and your father feel reassured. I will be sure to pass this on to them and they will be really pleased to get such positive, well-deserved feedback.
